Lawrence, MA - Amy D. (Wilson) VanDerVeer, 46 a resident of Brockton, Mass., formerly of Lawrence, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 6, 2018.
Born in Methuen, Amy was educated in the Lawrence Schools and was a 1988 graduate of Lawrence High School. Amy had worked as a barber in various barber shops. She was a member of the Lawrence Church of Christ. Amy loved to crochet as well as reading and fishing.
The daughter of D.C. and Idonia (Calvin) Wilson, Amy is survived by her husband of 18 years Michael VanDerVeer; her daughters Ebony and Gabrielle VanDerVeer; as well as two grandchildren, Amellia and Joanah VanDerVeer. She is also survived by several brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Family and friends are invited to services on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 12 p.m. at the Lawrence Church of Christ, 63 Coolidge St., Lawrence, MA.
