Cornelia Ann McIntosh, 82, a resident of the Grace House in Windham, NH and formerly of Salem, NH, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018 at the Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH.
Born in Lawrence, MA, Cornelia was educated in the Lawrence Schools and went on to graduate from Lowell State Teachers College with her Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. She had worked in the Lawrence School System in Elementary education retiring in 1990. Cornelia was a member of R.E.A.M., the Lowell State Teachers Alumni College Club and the Lawrence Teachers Lunch Bunch.
The daughter of the late Raymond and Mary Agnes (Batson) McIntosh, Cornelia is survived by her Dear Friend and Caregiver Diane Carney of Windham, NH. Cornelia was predeceased by her brother Charles and her sister Mary McIntosh. Her Dear Friend and Caregiver Diane Carney would like to thank the staff of the Grace House in Windham, NH for all their kindness and support.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 11:00 A.m. in Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, St. Augustine Chapel, 128 Ames St., Lawrence, MA. Burial will follow in the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in North Andover, MA. Family and friends may call on Thursday morning prior to the Mass from 9:30 to 10:30 A.M. at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury St., Lawrence, MA.
