Deborah L.'s Story
HAMPTON FALLS, NH - Deborah L. (Norton) Torromeo, age 49, of Hampton Falls, New Hampshire, died suddenly at her home on February 19, 2018. She was the loving wife, best friend and soulmate of Bruce H. Torromeo. Bruce and Debbie share the love of their precious 10-year-old daughter, Nicole L. Torromeo, who will miss her mother profoundly.
She was born August 19, 1968, in Newburyport, and was a graduate of Amesbury High School. Deb worked at Torromeo Industries, located in Methuen, Mass., and Kingston, N.H., her husband's family business. She also had a devoted love for all animals, pugs and bulldogs especially. She had a passion for cooking, trucks, cars, and AC/DC. She will be forever remembered for her energetic personality and unconditional love.
Her beautiful life was shared with many friends, family and loved ones. Debbie was passionate about everything she did and her enthusiasm was contagious. Her beautiful, uplifting smile brightened the lives of those around her. A devoted wife, mother, daughter, aunt, cousin and friend, Deb always put the needs of others before her own. Deb battled and survived a long journey through breast cancer. Her love will continue to warm the hearts of all who were part of her life as will the multitude of memories she has created.
Deborah is also survived by her father Theodore L. Norton and Ann McLaughlin of Newburyport; mother Jean L. (Keller) Norton; father-in-law Henry Torromeo and his wife Janice of Methuen. Deb will also be fondly remembered by her sisters-in-law, Brenda Torromeo and Paula Torromeo (Beebe) wife of Christopher Beebe; nieces, Cassidy Geisler, Kimberly Beebe and Kristen Beebe; nephews, Carl Geisler and Nicholas Beebe, as well as many other relatives and close friends.
Funeral services and burial in Rural Cemetery, West Newbury, were private for the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Deborah's memory may be made to the MSPCA, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844 as well as the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Dept. 41831, Post Office Box 650309, Dallas, Texas 75265. Arrangements were by Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 2 Hillside Avenue, Amesbury.
