Genevieve (Lipinski) Schwedler Perry, 98, of Jensen Beach, Fla., died Friday, December 1, 2017, at Brookdale Assisted Living in Florida.
Genevieve was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on January 2, 1919, to the late Luke and Katherine (Glushark) Lipinski.
Prior to moving to Florida, she had been an Andover resident since 1960 and was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Lawrence.
The widow of the late George Schwedler and Leo Perry, Genevieve is survived by her son, Richard Schwedler and his wife, Debra of Florida; as well as her late husband Leo's children, Judy Perry and Walter Perry; and her daughters-in-law, Judy Schwedler and Karen Schwedler. Also among her survivors are her five grandchildren, David, Beth, Jodi, Tracy and Jamie, three great-grandchildren, and many special friends. Genevieve was predeceased by her son, George Schwedler.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 9, at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 163 East Haverhill St., Lawrence, MA, at 1 p.m. Family and friends may call from 12 to 1 p.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial will be private in Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover.
