Center Lovell ME formerly North Andover MA - Geraldine "Gerri" Foulds, 81, was called to heaven on Sunday, August 18, 2019. Gerri, formerly of North Andover, and Center Lovell, Maine was the daughter of Rose and Joseph Forgetta. She spent most of her life in North Andover, married her high school sweetheart, Maurice "Moe" Foulds of 60 years and upon retirement took up residence in Maine.
For the past 22 years they spent the winter months in Myrtle Beach, SC and Summerfield, FL. There you could find Gerri on the golf course or on the pickleball court. She also loved to play Mah Jongg with her numerous friends or 45's with her son in law. Gerri was an active member of the Lake Kezar Country Club where she ran the Thursday Morning Ladies League and Monday morning Point Quota League. In the fall you could find her participating in the craft fairs throughout New England, once being selected Crafter of The Year in 2014 at the Oxford Hills Craft Fair. But her greatest pleasures came when she was with her grandchildren and family. It goes without saying, she was happiest when surrounded by people.
During the 60's, 70's, and 80's, she was busy raising their three beautiful daughters; Sharon, wife of Paul Coleman of North Andover, MA, Cheryl of Peabody MA and Tricia, wife of Timothy Wiseman of Shrewsbury, MA. She is also survived by six grandchildren; McKenzie Kelley of Peabody, MA, Brody Kelley of Denver CO, Alison Coleman of Orlando FL, Catherine Coleman of NYC, Alyssa Wiseman of Austin, TX and Christopher Wiseman of Shrewsbury, MA.
Gerri was a stay at home mom until she began her 18-year employment career at the Holy Family Hospital in Methuen, MA. It was here that she was honored to be selected as "Employee of the Month". A dedicated fun-loving woman with an outgoing personality, a mischievous look in her eyes and an infectious laugh became your friend the minute you met her. She would greet you with a warm smile, give you a meaningful hug and from that moment on, you had a friend for life. Gerri had numerous friends from Maine to Florida and she will be sadly missed by all.
She is predeceased by her parents, sisters, Peggy Pedrick and Pat Lawrence and brother, Joe Forgetta.

Family and friends may call on Sunday from 2 to 7 p.m. at the Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third Street, North Andover, MA 01845. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday 10 a.m. at St. Michael's Church in North Andover. Burial will follow in Ridgewood Cemetery, North Andover.
Memorial contributions may be made to, St. Jude's Hospital, or 501 St Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105 or to the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, 11 Hunnewell Rd., Scarborough MA 0407.
