Herbert E.'s Story

Herbert E. Dick, 77, of Hypoluxo, Fla., passed away July 14, 2017. He graduated from Manchester Central High School in 1957. He started a dance band called Dick Herbert Quartet.
Mr. Dick moved to Palm Springs, Fla., in 1967 from Massachusetts. He was the former owner and operator of Atlantic Hardware in Hypoluxo. Mr. Dick was a veteran of the U.S. Army, a life member of American German Club in Lantana, Fla., served as Festmeister on October 17, 2010, and was a member of the Elks Club in Laconia, N.H.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Barbara Dick; son, Herbert E. Dick, Jr.; two stepdaughters, Jacqueline Freeman and Kathleene (Robert) Rowe; grandson, Ryan Rowe; and granddaughter, Kristy Rowe.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, July 22, 2017, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen.
