Larry Pinero-Olmos, 70, of Methuen, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at Lawrence General Hospital.
Larry was born in Venezuela, to his parents, Jose Luis Pinero and Ylba Pinero-Olmos. He was the beloved brother to Lady, Luis and Leya and the father to his daughter, Nadine.
Larry was a kind, gentle, and giving person who enjoyed life. After graduating from college, he enjoyed a very successful career in human resource management. Because of his passion for planes and flying, later in life Larry obtained his pilot’s license. As a man who was very selfless, he very much enjoyed helping others and loved music.
Larry will be eternally missed by all of his family members, his brother-in-law Romulo Osorio and especially unforgettable to his cherished nieces and nephews, Romulo, Kaury, Ronald, Claudia and Adrienne and his dearest friends, Chris, Marie, Elena, Rosa, Aldo and Max.
Larry was always there to brighten the life of others, his memory will live in our hearts forever. We love you, Larry.
Visitation for Larry will be held on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St., Methuen. Friends and family are cordially invited to attend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 9, 2017, 10 a.m. at St. Mary Assumption Parish, 300 Hampshire St., Lawrence, MA 01840. Interment to follow at Saint Mary Immaculate-Conception Cemetery, 29 Barker St., Lawrence. The Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home is proud to serve the Pinero-Olmos family.
