Lawrence Francis Buote, of North Andover, passed away October 2, 2017. He was 75-years-old.
He is the beloved husband of Susan M. Bournival and will also be missed his little dog, Maddie. Devoted father of Linda Qunintanilha and her husband, Wagner of Bennington, N.H. Samantha Walker and her husband Steven of Greenfield, N.H. Katherine Oczkowski and her husband, Tyler Matsabura of Newport, R.I. Daniel Buote of Menden Vt. Adored grandfather of Clara, Mary and Charles Quintanilha and Sarah Walker. Dear brother to Carol Fugere of Boxford. Predeceased by foster sons, Roger and Richard Gagne.
Born in Lawrence he was the son of the late Leo F. and Agnes (Boumila) Buote.
Lawrence was a life-long Information Technology Executive. He graduated from Northeastern University with the Class of 1964 where he was a member of the Nu Epsilon Zeta Fraternity. He proudly served in the U.S. Army as a second Lieutenant where he was stationed at Cam Rahn Bay, Vietman. He was a Member of the Cottage Park Yacht Club, Winthrop.
Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Wednesday, October 4, 2017 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third Street, North Andover, MA.
A funeral Mass will be held at St. Michael’s Parish at 196 North Main Street, North Andover, at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday October 5th.
