Louise A. Bouchard Salem, NH. - Louise A. Bouchard, 77, of Salem, N.H. passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 in the Hannah Duston Healthcare Center, Haverhill, following a lengthy illness in the company of family and friends.
She was born in Lawrence, the daughter of the late Albert and Agnes (Theriault) Bouchard.Louise worked for Hewlett Packard in Andover, MA for 27 years, retiring as a production coordinator. She was a warm and caring person who was always ready to lend a hand to anyone in need. Louise enjoyed travelling when she was younger, visiting many different parts of the country. She enjoyed Las Vegas, Sonoma wine country, the Canadian Rockies as well as Disneyland and Disney World.
Louise was a devout Red Sox fan, watching all the games and getting excited for each new year's spring training. She also enjoyed getting together with her high school classmates for different events and anniversaries. She was a communicant of St. Matthew Parish, Windham, NH and was a fervent believer in her faith. Louise will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her younger brother, George Bouchard of Salem as well as by cousins. She was predeceased by her faithful cat; Buddy.
Following cremation visiting hours will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem. A funeral will follow at 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the MSPCA at Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844. The family would like to thank all the caregivers at Hannah Duston for their dedicated care of Louise.
