Marjorie G. (Miller)'s Story
Marjorie G. (Miller) Donnelly, 91, of Haverhill formerly of Kingston, Mass., died Nov. 1, 2017, at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill after a brief illness. She was born November 30, 1925, in Cambridge, Mass., the daughter of the late Annabelle (Morrison) and William F. Miller. Margie grew up in Cambridge and lived in Medford, Mass., Kingston, Mass., and recently at Wingate in Haverhill where she has made many loving friends.
She was the wife of the late Edward P. Donnelly, Sr. and mother of the late Edward P. Donnelly Jr., Mark W. Donnelly and Stephen F. Donnelly, as well as the sister of the late Dorothy M. McCune, Ruth E. Walsh, Eleanor J. Miller and William D. Miller.
Margie was dedicated to her family and friends. Many people loved her very much.
She is survived by her daughter, Elaine A. Donnelly-Ward and husband, Tracy L. Ward of Haverhill; granddaughter, Amy G. Ward of Haverhill; sisters, Lillian Wohlander, Joan O'Sullivan and Elaine Miller; as well as many loving nieces and nephews. Margie's family would like to thank the staff at the High Pointe Hospice house as well as the Wingate at Haverhill Nursing Home for the loving care they gave to her.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2017, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Conte Funeral Home, 17 Third Street, North Andover, MA 01845. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m., and also on Wednesday at St. Michael Church in North Andover. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
