SALEM - Mary passed away in her sleep on January 20, 2018.
She was born in Lawrence, on September 2, 1933, to the late John and Beatrice Wadlinger. Mary was a Registered Nurse at the Bon Secours/Holy Family Hospital for 40 years. She literally touched thousands of lives as she tended to the newborn children of so many in this community. Mary was completely devoted to helping others her whole life. From newborn babies in distress, to neighbors, to friends, and to family, anyone could count on her to be there if needed. She would light up a dark room just by walking in.
