Salem, NH - Michael James Iannazzo, 76, of Salem, NH, passed away on Tuesday morning, June 11th, 2019 after a very courageous battle with cancer.
Mike was born on January 6th, 1943 in Lawrence, MA to Michael and Grace (Turco) Iannazzo. He served his country in the National Guard. Mike started his career as a produce clerk and worked his way up to become a Supervisor and Buyer.
He had a love of music and enjoyed singing, so much so that he had been in a band with his brother when they were younger. He was a dedicated husband and father; spending as much time as he could with his family. Michael will be grievously missed by all who keep his memory.
Mike is lovingly survived by his wife of 47 years, Vivian (Holland) Iannazzo. He and Vivian resided in Salem, NH and raised four children together. He will be greatly missed by his children, Donna Colella and her husband Chris, Brian Iannazzo and his wife Stacey, Lisa Hargreaves and her husband Shaun, and Michael P. Iannazzo and his wife Patty. He was "Nanu" to thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Michael also leaves behind two devoted brothers, Richard Iannazzo and his wife Kathy, and Paul Iannazzo and his wife Linda.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, June 14th, 2019 from 11am-1pm at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH 03087. A funeral service will be held at 1pm at the funeral home.
