GEORGETOWN, MA - Michael L. Luse, 72, of Georgetown, passed on Friday, February 9, 2018. Born in Glasgow, Montana, on February 3, 1946, to the late Walter R. Luse, and Eva M. (Foust) Luse, Michael, or as many knew of him as Mike, was a resident of Georgetown for over 40 years. After graduating high school, Michael left Montana to serve the United States Navy as a Ship's Cook, and was stationed on the East Coast. At end of service, Michael settled in Massachusetts, working in the shipyards before beginning his career as a welder with General Electric, in Lynn, Massachusetts, where he recently retired from after 40 years. When Michael wasn't working, he was enjoying his passion of fishing, whether deep sea, river, fly, or ice, tending his flower garden, relaxing with a good book, and perfecting his skill at smoking meats and making jerky, in addition to riding his cooler cart amongs the Mega Trucks when camping at the mud runs. Michael is predeceased by his older brother Gary Luse, of Glasgow, Montana; and his sister, Myrna Russell, of Bozeman, Montana. Michael is survived by his everlasting love of 30 years, Jennifer Dewinter of Lowell, Massachusetts; his older brother, Ray Luse, of Spokane, Washington, and his wife El Clair Luse; another older brother, Blake Luse of Great Falls, Montana, and his wife, Josie Luse; his younger brother, Craig Luse, of Cut Bank, Montana, and his wife, Micky Luse; his brother-in-law, Max Russell, of Texas. Michael is also survived by his former wife, Sandra Luse, of Bradenton, Florida, the mother of his children, Eric Luse, of Lynn, Massachusetts, and his wife, Sherry Luse, Mark Luse, of Georgetown, Massachusetts, and his partner, Sher Estes, and her son, Travis Landes, Brian Luse, of Townsville, Australia, and his wife, Kathryn Luse, Kevin Luse, of Bradenton, Florida; his grandchildren, whom he adored, Tyler Luse, and Anthony Luse, of Georgetown, Massachusetts, Logan Luse, Phoebe Luse, and Elara Luse, all of Townsville, Australia; and many nieces and nephews.
