Mina Lee, 41, of San Francisco, Calif., formerly of Manchester, N.H., and Methuen, Mass., passed away at home on September 11, 2017. Mina was born on March 14, 1976, in Honolulu, Hawaii. After moving to the mainland U.S., her family settled in New Hampshire. Mina attended Manchester Memorial High School and graduated with the class of 1994. After graduating from high school, she pursued her lifelong passion and became a certified personal trainer. Mina, who was a self-described “foodie,” developed her fondness for cuisine from the three chefs in her family. She was a woman who highly valued friends and family, often traveling back to the east coast several times a year. Mina touched many lives in many different circles and will fondly be remembered, cherished, and missed.
Mina is survived by her parents, her father, Yoo Sang Kim and her mother, Young Hee Suk of Methuen, Mass. She is also survived by her brother, Robert Lee and his wife, Jeany of Merrimack, N.H. Mina was the proud aunt to Brandon and Carissa Lee.
Visitation for Mina will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence Street, Methuen. Friends and family are cordially invited to attend. A prayer service will be held towards the end of calling hours. To honor Mina’s wishes interment will be private.
