Richard "Rick"'s Story
LAWRENCE, MA - Richard "Rick" F. Halloran, age 75, of Lawrence, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018, at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill after a brief illness. Rick was the son of the late Arthur and Helen Halloran of South Lawrence. Rick was a graduate of Lawrence High School. He was a member of the Lawrence British Club and had recently retired from Rockingham Park in Salem.
A loving father and grandfather, Rick leaves behind his daughter, Lee Mondi and her husband, Dominic; their children, Dominic and Benjamin, all of Peabody; his daughter, Patricia Webber and her husband, Daniel, her children, Cassandra and Jordan, all of Haverhill; his son, Richard A. Halloran, his wife, Erika, and their son, Andrew, all of Andover.
Rick will also be remembered by his sister, Maryellen "Mazie" Chaisson and her husband, James of Haverhill; his brother, Arthur and his wife, Genevieve of Lawrence; his sisters-in-law; Carolyn Halloran of Salem, N.H., and Brenda Halloran Manzi of Methuen; and his brother-in-law, James Winstead of Florida.
Rick was predeceased by three sisters, Cornelia Dow, Catherine Kelley, and Susan Halloran; five brothers, James, Lawrence, Francis, Joseph, and William; and his nephew, Arthur Halloran. Rick also leaves a large extended family and many close friends.
Friends and guests are invited to call on Thursday, February 22, 2018, from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St., Methuen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, February 23, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel-St. Theresa's Parish, 22 Plymouth St., Methuen.
