LAWRENCE, MA - Rose M. Audet, 76, of Lawrence, Mass., passed away on February 16, 2018. She was born July 5, 1941, to the late Raymond J. and Elizabeth L. (Baker) Arcand.
Rose was a graduate of Lawrence High School, class of 1958, further education included McInstosh Business School. She was a devoted stay-at-home mother to her four daughters for many years. Working outside the home later in life she held various positions, including EJ Systems, and for the past 18 years was a loyal employee at TJ Maxx in North Andover, Mass. Rose embodied a kind soul with a gentle smile and humble nature. She greatly enjoyed her independent lifestyle, her home of 43 years, and her growing family.
Rose was the widow of Edgar N. Audet, and is survived by her four daughters, Loriann, and Bruce Cormier, of Methuen, Mass., Linda, and Joseph Viel, of Lawrence, Mass., Lois, and Donald Demers, of Derry, N.H., and LeeAnn, and Paul Ouellette, of Palm Bay, Fla. Her sisters include Shirley Logan, Joan Chwalek, and Vivian Hoellrich. Brother-in-law, Roger Audet and his wife, Priscille. Grandchildren include Katie Demers, Kelly Lamontagne, and her husband, Brandon, Michael Viel, Daniel Cormier, Jessica Sears, and her husband, Jason, Elizabeth Demers, and Renee Cormier. Great-grandchildren, Eleanor Lamontagne, and Matthew Sears.
Family and friends are invited to calling hours on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Conte Funeral Home, 28 Florence Street, Andover, Mass.
