Thomas Ginnard, age 61, of Derry, N.H., died Saturday at Parkland Medical Center, Derry, N.H.
Tommy was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to Clayton and Coletta (Crawford) Ginnard. He grew up and was educated in Cleveland and Salem, N.H., where he graduated from Salem High School in 1974. He later graduated from UMass-Lowell with a BS in Accounting. He was a resident of Derry for the past four years, and was formerly of Londonderry and Salem, N.H.
Tommy was a Certified Public Accountant for Loiselle and Associates in Tyngsboro, Mass. He was an avid softball player, playing in men's leagues in Londonderry and Salem, N.H. He loved his railroad models, and most of all Tommy loved being with his family and playing cards and games.
He is survived by his son, Ryan Ginnard of Londonderry, N.H.; brothers and sisters, David Ginnard of Cleveland, Ohio, Paul Ginnard of Merrimack, N.H., Mark Ginnard of Amherst, N.H., Patrick Ginnard of Manchester, N.H., James Ginnard of Londonderry, N.H., Mary Ginnard of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., Carolyn Leedy of Cleveland, Ohio, Cathleen Farley of Manchester, N.H., Colleen Maxwell of Salem, N.H., and Kelly Sonia of Londonderry, N.H.; 11 nephews, four nieces, and many grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, Dec. 13, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Church, Salem, N.H. Burial will follow in Londonderry, N.H.
Friends and relatives are invited to calling hours on Tuesday, Dec. 12, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Carrier Family Funeral Home, 38 Range Road, Windham, NH.
