Sebastian FL - Thomas P. Regan, 84, passed away April 26, 2019, at his home in Barefoot Bay Fla. He was born to Arthur and Josephine Regan on Sept. 27, 1934 in Danbury Conn. and grew up in Lawrence Mass. He graduated from Central Catholic HS in 1952 and was honorably discharged from the US Navy in 1954, a veteran of the Korean War. He spent his career as a union electrician with IBEW Local 103.
He was preceded in death by Pauline, his wife of 56 years and also his brothers, Arthur and Charles.
He leaves as his legacy four children; Charlene Rochefort and husband David, James Regan and wife Joyce, Brenda Trippe and husband Charles, Chris Regan and wife Nicol, 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings Teresa, John and Edward and several nieces and nephews.
At an early age Tom was an avid golfer and caddie at the Andover CC. Throughout life his hobbies included fishing, photography, target shooting, backgammon and refurbishing antiques. He and his wife acquired a cottage in the Lake Sunapee region of N.H. where they spent weekends with family. They enjoyed the lake, target shooting, skiing and hosting countless friends. In retirement they found a wonderful community in Barefoot Bay Fla. where they spent many happy years. After the passing of his wife he spent many hours and shared many meals in the company of his dedicated brother Ed.
Tom will be remembered as a generous man that loved good conversation and laughter and as someone who encouraged those around him to be happy, Happy, HAPPY!
A service will be held on Friday, May 24 at St. Patrick's Church, 118 South Broadway, Lawrence MA. Calling hour from 8 to 9 a.m. and Mass at 9 a.m. Donations can be made to the charity of your choice.

My sincere condolences to Tom's family. My memories of my cousin Tom go back to his parents' home in Andover where our visits were fun filled, thanks to his teasing and their large family. They had secret stairways that Tom would use to trick me. RIP my dear cousin.
