Wayne A. Walworth, 62, formerly of Lawrence, passed away January 12, at the Lawrence General Hospital, in Lawrence surrounded by his loving family.
Wayne was born June 10, 1955 in Lawrence. He is the owner of Wain's Irrigation and was very proud of celebrating his 30 years in business. He enjoyed working with his sons Matt & Mike. He was a graduate of Central Catholic High School and Lowell Tech.
Wayne was a member of the Boys & Girls Club in Lawrence, where he loved to play basketball. He also enjoyed playing 45's, going to Foxwoods and visiting his favorite place during race season in Saratoga.
He is survived by his mother, Mary Donaldson; companion, Jean Goff and her son, Travis; daughter, Rachel Walworth; son, Matthew Walworth and his partner, Emily Croteau. He loved his 3 grandchildren, Christian, Daphne, and Jordan. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews as well as his former wife, Cathy (Walworth) Perrault.
He is predeceased by his son, Michael Walworth, and brother, Ken Walworth.
Wayne is also survived by his brothers, Scott Donaldson, Charles Walworth, Dave Walworth, and sister, Lisa O'Leary.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours Wednesday, January 17, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen.
