Christopher Michael's Story
Christopher Michael Bonvie of Salem, N.H., died unexpectedly on Friday, May 19, 2017. Christopher was the beloved son of late Michael J. Bonvie and Linda M. Bonvie of Sandwich, Mass., and brother of Natalie Bonvie-Hill and brother-in-law of Matthew Hill of Weymouth, Mass. Christopher was recently engaged to Mandi Baker, also of Salem, N.H. Christopher graduated from Salem, N.H. High School in 2005 where he began his studies in TV Production and continued his education with Lyndon State College and Worcester State College, earning is Bachelors degree in Communications/News Broadcasting in 2010. He then joined and has been employed for five years by NECN as a Video Editor. He is survived by his grandfather, Salvatore Sachetta “Papa” of Everett, Mass., aunts and uncles, along with many loving cousins. He was loved by all he touched, had a great sense of humor and was a generous, devoted, loving man. Christopher cherished time spent with his family and friends, vacationing in the New Hampshire lakes, skiing in the mountains as well as the beaches in Sandwich, Cape Cod. He enjoyed sports and was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys since his childhood.
A Funeral Mass will be held at Mary Queen of Peace Church, 200 Lawrence Road, Salem, NH 03079, on Friday, May 26, at 12 p.m. followed by bereavement luncheon.
