Louise C. (Freni)'s Story
Louise C. (Freni) Crescenzi, 69, wife of Michael Crescenzi, passed away September 6, 2017 with her loving family by her side.
Born in Stoneham, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Catherine E. (Bicchieri) Freni. Raised and educated in Medford, she was a graduate of Medford High School. Louise obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work from Springfield College. She was a Psychiatric Social Worker for many years in various group homes throughout the Merrimack Valley. Louise was also employed at Coppola Bus Company, driving children to school for over 20 years. She travelled with her husband Michael to Europe and many trips to Italy. Louise enjoyed gardening and going to the beach. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She will be missed by her family and friends, and all who knew her.
In addition to her loving husband, Michael, Louise is survived by her children, Marc P. Crescenzi and his wife, Cynthia of East Hampstead, N.H., Michele L. Sullivan and her husband, Kevin J. of Haverhill; her sister, Grace LeClair of Peabody; her grandchildren, Catherine, Kelly and Kylee Sullivan, and Nicolai Crescenzi; in-laws, Adam and Linda Crescenzi of Concord; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother-in-law, William LeClair.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, September 10 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main Street, Haverhill.
