Paula M. (Prenaveau)'s Story
Paula M. (Prenaveau) Buco, 70, of Methuen, passed away Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, with her loving family by her side. She was raised in Methuen and was the daughter of the late Walter and Sarah (O’Connor) Prenaveau.
Paula was a graduate of Tenney High School. Before devoting her life to raising her family, she worked at Raytheon and DASA in Andover and also obtained her license as a hair stylist. She enjoyed puzzles, reading books, board games, cooking, playing cards, and bingo. She was also a member of Saint Lucy’s Parish in Methuen.
Paula was predeceased by her sister, Pamela; her nieces, Pammy and Paula; as well as her infant twins, and an infant daughter, Laura.
She is survived by her beloved husband of over 50 years, Charles S. Buco; her children, Charles S. and his wife, Sarah of Salem, N.H., and Michelle M. Buco of Methuen; sister, Patricia and husband, Paul Perry of Hampstead, NH; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Sunday, August 27, 2017, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
