Robert "Bear"'s Story
Bob "Bear" Boileau, 74, passed away on the morning of June 12, 2017 in the company of his loving wife, Carol. Known as ‘Bear’ to friends and family, he leaves behind a trail of kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity. A resident of Andover, he was born in Burlington, Vt. Vermont and Lake Champlain have been a part of his soul ever since.
Bob was successful in his business endeavors at Screenprint/Dow, holding leadership positions and earning many accolades in industry associations. He was even more successful in his personal endeavors - bringing happiness to most everyone he met. One of Bear’s signature qualities was that he reveled in the joy of others. He enjoyed traveling and being surrounded by friends and family; but he most loved to be in, on, or around Lake Champlain, boating, or just relaxing and watching another beautiful sunset.
