Stephen John's Story
Stephen John Kulik, 60, of Haverhill, died suddenly Monday morning, May 29, 2017, at Merrimack Valley Health Center of Holy Family Hospital in Haverhill. He was the beloved husband of 35 years of Anne L. (Sevigny) Kulik.
Born in Salem, Mass. on July 19, 1956, he was one of four children of the late Stanislaw J. and Alfreda M. (Wilayto) Kulik, and was a graduate of Danvers High School.
For many years, Stephen was a production supervisor at Travel Leather Company in Peabody. In his spare time his yard work and home improvement projects took priority, but he always made sure he had enough time to enjoy his passion of classic muscle cars, either looking through magazines or attending muscle car shows, and above all else, restoring his own muscle car, a 1969 SS396 Chevelle convertible.
In addition to his wife and best friend, Anne, he is survived by two brothers, Richard Kulik and John F. Kulik, both of Danvers; a sister, Cynthia A. Kulik of Beverly; two sisters-in-law; a brother-in-law; along with his loving nieces, Casey Kulik and Taylor Kulik; two aunts; extended family members; dear friends; and his four-legged canine friend, Axel.
Visiting hours at the Highland Chapel of Paul C. Rogers Family Funeral Home, 2 Hillside Ave., Amesbury, will be Friday, June 2, 2017, from 4 to 8 p.m. Graveside services for family and friends will be Saturday, June 3, 2017, at 11 a.m. at Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 9 Erie Drive, Suite 101, Natick, MA 01760.
