Warren David's Story
Warren David Knipe Jr., 65, of Seabrook, N.H., died July 15, 2017, at the V.A. Health Center in West Roxbury, Mass.
David was born in Lawrence on Sept. 5, 1951, and raised in Andover.
He graduated from Andover High School and was a member of the DeMolay program. He proudly served in the United States Navy during Operation Desert Shield in the Mobile Inshore Underwater Warfare Unit. He later worked for many tears for Micro Replay in Billerica, and was an avid Boston sports fan and loved to play and listen to music.
David was predeceased by his father, Warren David Knipe Sr. and is survived by his daughter, whom he adored and loved to spend time with, Rachael M. Knipe and her mother, Heidi L. Knipe of Methuen, Mass.; mother, Diane N. Watson of Newburyport; sister, Kyle Knipe of Seabrook, N.H.; and brother, Wayne Knipe of Seabrook, N.H. He was also survived by his step-sisters and step-brothers, Joyce Watson of So. Portland, Maine, Joseph "Buddy" Watson of Andover, James Watson of Salem, N.H., and Julie Watson of Andover; as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends of Bill W.
Family and friends called on Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Conte Funeral Home, 28 Florence St., Andover, MA 01810. A funeral service will be on Thursday at 10 a.m. at Christ Church in Andover. Burial with Military Honors will be in the Christ Church Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fisher House, 1400 VFW Pkwy., West Roxbury, MA 02132.
