Arizona - Edmond F. Terreault passed away, at age 80, after a short illness. Edmond predeceased his beloved wife of almost 58 years, Carol Ann McKinney. Edmond was born and raised in Lawrence, Mass. until he was 33 years old. He and his family then moved to Arizona where they have resided until his passing. He was the son of the late Alfred Terreault and Emiline Terreault-Provost.
He attended Central Catholic High School until he joined the Navy in 1957. He served on the USS Ingrahan. The destroyer was pretty much 'out to sea,' but being a young seaman he was able to enjoy docking in, and visiting many European countries in his tour of duty. He was known as "Eddie" to many of his Navy mates. Although he worked hard to raise, and care for his family, he also filled his leisure time with bowling, hunting and golf.
Mr. Terreault is and will be greatly missed by his son, Mark and wife Lisa, their two children, Mickey Edward, Mark Joseph and Mark's daughter Petrina Roed. He will be missed by his daughter, Theresa Head and her husband Alan, their two children Danielle and Nathan Alan. He will also be missed by his son, Stephen and wife Shauna Terreault, their three children, Elicia, Scott and Ricki and husband Kyle. Edmond and Carol also enjoyed five great-grandchildren whom they referred to as "the bonus." All his family of marriage reside in Arizona and Las Vegas.
Edmond is also survived by four sisters and two brothers. Loretta Perkins whose husband Merrill predeceased her, Elaine and her husband Sabatino (Sam) Pitocchelli of Methuen, John and his wife Clara Terreault of Lawrence, and Florida, Claire and her husband Robert Couture of Methuen, Barbara Provost Matachun and her husband George of Methuen, and Francis "Frankie" Provost, and his wife Rosanna of Lawrence as well as their respective children and grandchildren.
Edmond was an amazing, kind, and gentle man who filled all left behind him with the legacy of deep love, remembrance and honor. He was a man with a reservoir of wisdom which he imparted to those he loved and cared about. He is someone to emulate, he is part of our hearts and souls, we will miss him always, he will not be forgotten.

Mr. Terreault will be interred in the National Memorial Cemetery of Phoenix, Arizona. He will rest in a beautiful and serene place of two hundred and twenty acres, in the company of those who served their country with bravery and honor.

The Lord saw him struggling, so he wrapped his arms around him and took him home. Every day I thank the Lord.
