I first worked with Betsy at State Street Bank's Mass Ave branch where she was the branch manager and I was the head teller. Due to her ongoing mentoring, I was able to advance my career. We once again worked together at Union National Bank in Lowell where she offered me a job as a branch manager. It was a pleasure working with and for Betsy and I appreciate her interest in my career. I send my deepest sympathy to you and her family. May Betsy rest in peace.

Please accept my sincere condolences at Betsy's passing. Betsy was so generous sharing her knowledge about local history and always adding a funny twist to the stories. I will miss our long conversations at the Kingston library and museum especially about her latest project to resolve a deed problem or find a missing person in someone's family tree. Danville has lost a dedicated volunteer that will never be replaced.

It's hard to think of Betsey not being there. She was a remarkable person and someone to admire.
