Dear Barb, Wayne and all of the Bishop family.
I am very sorry to hear the news of your Dads passing.
I had the pleasure of meeting your Dad years ago when I was employed at The ARC and Fred would attend some of the events with Eric. He was always soft spoken and kind...and such a wonderful dancer. I know his memories will stay close in your hearts. Thinking of you all with kindness...Luanne Little

Fred was a great man, and neighbor. It was nice sometimes just to share stories and conversations and a warm cup of tea. Oh ya and his cookies. He will be greatly missed.
