Groveland - Gail (Pappas) Kolizeras peacefully passed away at Hannah Duston in Haverhill on Thursday, November 14, 2019.

Gail was born on September 23, 1945, in Haverhill, the daughter of Peter and Harriet Pappas.
She is survived by her two children Peter Steven Kolizeras, Electra Kolizeras and her husband Andy; as well as her adoring grandchildren, Lily and Andreas.

The joys of her life were her friends and family. She relished in being a mother and later in life, a loving grandmother. Gail was happiest spending time with her wonderful friends and family, keeping busy in her garden, as well as working with her friends in her local Groveland Garden club.

Gail was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends, most especially over the holidays. Those who knew Gail, knew of her enormous heart and her willingness to help a friend in need. She will be sorely missed and forever in our hearts.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her visitation on Tuesday morning, November 19, from 10 to 11:45 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 12 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill. Burial in Linwood Cemetery will be private and at the convenience of the family. Dear Electra,
You've been on my mind in the last few weeks - intensely so, recently. I was looking for you online just now and saw the news about your beautiful mother. I am really sorry for your loss. I have fond memories of your mom and the time I invited myself over. Remember the adventure with Peter? I can still hear your mom retelling that story - I really appreciated her grace, sense of humor, coziness, and warmth. I wish I had got to know her more - But nevertheless, she is a star in one of my funniest memories. You are always in my heart ❤️ XOXO Anahita
P.S. I also lost my mom suddenly three years is something else.
