Methuen - Grace (Sciuto) (Leone) Coco, 94, of Methuen, Mass., passed away peacefully on Friday, November 29, 2019, at Lawrence General Hospital with her loved ones by her side.

She was predeceased by her husband Alphonse Leone (1948) and her husband Alfio Coco with whom she shared 55 wonderful years of marriage.

Grace was born in Lawrence, Mass., on December 29, 1924, to the late Vincenzo and Maria (Torrisi) Sciuto at 20 Common St., which is the present site of the Three Saints Society.

She was employed for many years as a French cord stitcher at Lawrence Maid Company, and more recently, Grace was a homemaker dedicating her life to her children and family. She enjoyed traveling, cooking, sewing, and gardening, but her biggest joy was spending time with her family. Grace was an inspiration to all with her strength and kindness.

To her family, she leaves a legacy of strong values, fortitude and boundless unconditional love.

Grace is survived by her children, sons Joseph V. Leone and his wife Cheryl of Andover, Alfred J. Coco and his wife Agnes of South Carolina; and her daughter, Rosemarie L. Coco of Methuen and her companion Frank Gavin. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, Christopher Leone, Michael Leone, James Coco, Diane Willi and Linda Lariviere; and her five great-grandchildren, Leighton, Hailey, Mia, Vincent and Gianna; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Thursday, December 5, 2019, from 4 to 7 p.m., at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., in Methuen. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered on Friday, December 6, 2019, at 10 a.m., at Holy Rosary Church at Corpus Christi Parish. Burial will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence. Donations may be made in Grace's memory to St. ALFIO Society, 20 Common St., Lawrence, MA 01841.
