North Andover - Joseph M. Piotte, 61, of North Andover, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 17, 2026, at Lawrence General Hospital.

Born in Cambridge, MA on September 17, 1964, Joe was the beloved son of Joseph C. and Joanne M. (Sette) Piotte.

Joe was a graduate of Merrimack College and spent his career in the wholesale food industry, a profession he genuinely enjoyed. He took great pride in his work and the relationships he built over the years, earning the respect of colleagues and friends alike.

More than anything, Joe was devoted to his family. His daughters, Kylie and Christina, were the greatest source of pride in his life, and he loved celebrating their accomplishments, supporting their dreams, and sharing in life's everyday moments with them.

Joe had a lifelong passion for music that was woven into nearly every part of his life. Whether he was introducing someone to a favorite song, reminiscing about concerts, or simply filling a room with music, it brought him joy and was one of the many ways he connected with the people around him.

Those who knew Joe will remember his kind heart, quick wit, and playful sense of humor. He had a wonderfully quirky personality that made people smile, a generous spirit, and an ability to make others feel welcomed and cared for. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and loving him.

Joe is survived by his daughters, Kylie Piotte of New York, NY and Christina Piotte of Boston, Massachusetts; his parents, Joseph C. and Joanne M. (Sette) Piotte; his sister and brother-in-law, Michelle and Mike Earley; and his niece and nephew, Jordan and Michael Earley.
