Bradford - Thomas R. Faulkner, age 82, of Bradford, passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Penacook Place in Haverhill.

He was born in Somerville on June 3, 1943, son of the late Clyde E. and Ada M. (Guest) Faulkner.

Tom was educated at St. Clement's School in Somerville, and upon graduation, he attended Northeastern University and graduated in 1966 with a degree in Engineering. He was the longtime President, CEO, and Chairman of Haverhill Bank.

Tom was loved very much by his family and was always respected in the community. In addition to his position at Haverhill Bank, he served as a Director on several Boards in the greater Haverhill area, including the former Merrimack Valley Hospital and Haverhill Community Television. He was also a multiple-time past President of both Haverhill Rotary Club, and the Kiwanis Club of Haverhill.

Tom had a truly irreplaceable spirit and a sense of humor like no other. He lit up a room with his natural charisma and wit. He never took himself too seriously and always had time for fun and leisure with his Granddaughters, of whom he was so proud. He was the best husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather anyone could ask for and will be missed by his family and friends forever.

Tom is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Kathleen F. (O'Brien) Faulkner of Haverhill, MA, their son Thomas O'Brien Faulkner and his wife Zandra of Salem NH, and his sister, Margaret Buckley and her husband, Joseph of Falmouth, MA. He was the loving Grandfather to Isabella Nora Faulkner and Lia Linnea Faulkner; and survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Mary E. Libbey of Norwood, MA, and his brother, Clyde H. Faulkner and his wife, Catherine of Medford.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his calling hours on Tuesday, June 2nd from 5 to 7 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home, 210 South Main St., Bradford. His Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd at 10 a.m. in Sacred Hearts Church, 165 South Main St. Bradford. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery, Lexington, MA.
